All defective merchandise, incorrect item shipments or merchandise damaged during shipping can be returned for a full refund but must be called or emailed in to us immediately, not to exceed 5 days from receipt of your order.
You must call or contact us directly via telephone or email to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions prior to returning any merchandise. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Returns received without prior contact and an RMA number are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the shipping costs will NOT be refunded.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned non-defective items. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded on returned non-defective items.
